Recently I decided to get all my thoughts and ideas in one place around optimizing your organization for Customer DELIGHT.
The process of encapsulating the steps I've used many time, helped me organize my thoughts into a repeatable framework that can be used by anyone (success may vary - take what works, forget the rest).
My goal in writing this book is to share my experience and expertise with a broader audience that hopefully will use these powers for good in transforming the world around them into a better place by DELIGHTING one customer at a time.
In a world with AI tools galore, and seemingly endless amount of consultants, advice, and brand marketing ideas - my thesis remains that the product or service may move toward commoditization, but the EXPERIECE will be the thing that differentiates YOU from everyone else.
If you don't want AI to replace your service - focus on the EXPERIENCE!
If you lose site of the experience, the customer will lose site of you.
Focus on DELIGHT.
